Our publications are shipped to all serviceable PIN codes in India. Subject to Force Majeure Conditions, as defined below, the publications shall be endeavored to be delivered within 7 to 10 days. Delivery process shall be initiated only after receipt of the entire cost of the publication along with shipping charges, if applicable. Delivery
The publication shall be delivered at the address provided and as such it should be ensured that proper address is mentioned while placing the order. The publication shall be delivered to the person available at place of delivery and upon receipt of POD from our delivery partner the publication shall be considered to be delivered.
Force Majeure Conditions
We shall not be held responsible for delay in delivery for reasons beyond our controls and the same includes but is not limited to the following:
- Acts of God
- Labor disputes
- Electrical or power outages
- Utilities or telecommunications failures
- Earthquakes
- Storms
- Blockages
- Embargoes
- Riots
- Acts or orders of government
- Panddemics / epidemics …etc.
Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on orders above Rs. 500/-
- Orders below Rs. 500/- shall be charged @ Rs. 49/- per order
- The charges indicated above are for pre paid orders. No Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is available as of now.
Cancellation
Once an order is placed and payment is made, the same cannot be cancelled. As such, prior to making payment you should thoroughly check the details of the publications for which order is placed and place the order only after being fully satisfied.
Misprinting / Damages / Publication Mismatch
We are committed to delivering your orders with good packaging and given time frame. However, in the event the publication delivered to you is different from the order placed the same should be reported on the date of delivery with unboxing video / photos via email at contact.srp@riceindia.org or by WhatsApp to +91 9230981798. Misprinting or damage in transmit is also to be reported on the date of delivery with unboxing video / photos via email at contact.srp@riceindia.org or by WhatsApp to +91 9230981798. Any subsequent claims and / or claims through alternative mode shall not be entertained under any circumstances whatsoever.
